PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Nancy earned a Bachelor of Science Degree with a double major in Accounting and Marketing from Truman State University in Kirksville, Missouri in 1992, and then went on to acquire her CPA license. She earned her Master’s in Business Administration from Miami University in August 2012.

Nancy's 30+ years of professional financial experience include 16 years as the Butler County Treasurer, Private Banking manager for US Bank; Certified Public Accountant for Clark, Schaefer, Hackett & Co., CPAs; and Plant Controller for Corson Packaging of Ohio. Nancy was a Middletown City Council Member for four years, including two years as Vice Mayor (2003 and 2005).

PERSONAL INFORMATION

Nancy was born and raised in Palmyra, Missouri.  Nancy resides with her husband Bob Leshnak in Liberty Township, OH. She has three children, Elizabeth, Andrew, and Alan, and three step-daughters, Shelby, Samantha, and Sydney. Elizabeth and her husband Alex Bennorth gave Nancy and Bob their first grandchild, Owen, in January 2023. Nancy’s favorite past-times are being with friends and family, traveling, exercising, and Republican politics.
