Sydney Leshnak joined Leshnak Financial Group, LLC in September of 2025 after working with Fidelity Investments for 4 years. She is working as an apprentice under Robert to one day become a seasoned financial professional and advisor.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Sydney earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Clinical Psychology, with a minor in Business Administration, from Ohio Northern University in Ada, Ohio, in 2021. She joined Fidelity Investments in June of 2021, where she worked as a Client Service Specialist on Individual investing and Retirement accounts. Sydney then gained experience in their 529 plan department, as well as their Retirement plan department to
expand her overall finance expertise.​​

PERSONAL INFORMATION

Sydney was born in Cincinnati, Ohio, and went to Mount Notre Dame High School. She grew up playing volleyball and soccer and went on to play soccer at the Collegiate level at Ohio Northern University. There she earned Captain as a Junior and was awarded “Defender of the year” 3 years in a row for her league. Her team won the OAC league championship two times, as well as having two stints in the NCAA tournament while she
attended.

She now lives in Fort Thomas, Kentucky with her Fiancé, Joe O’Connell. They have 2 cats and enjoy spending time with friends, reading, going to the movies, and traveling.​
